Actually its not difficult de rite? Free and can make u looks better. worth it rite? You might not believe but trying it doesnt kills rite? Research shows that less muscles are used when smiling compared to frowning.
Question is wads your "default expression" Some apppears gloomy, some flat.. but with alittle bit of U-shape pattern on the lips is NICE :):):):):):):)
